You're planning the next 30 years of your wealth.
Who's planning the next 30 years of your health?
We're not another health screening programme.
I've been in health screening for over 15 years. At first, it was tumour markers that bothered me. They still do.
But now there's another problem.
There are simply too many tests. One person may genuinely benefit from a test, while another doesn't. So how do you decide?
"Ask the screening doctor," you might say.
I'd love every doctor to have the time to sit down with you, review your previous results, understand your family history, and talk through the pros and cons of every option.
The reality is that, in a busy practice, that's not always possible.
That's why I built GYB.
Let me show you what I think is a better way.
Two people. Two different thirty-year journeys.
Meet Sara and Anita, they’re best friends who work in the same company. When they have time, they meet up for a coffee and discuss their retirement holiday plans. They go for regular health screening every year because they want to be travel-ready when they retire.
At 45, Anita gets diagnosed with breast cancer (she has a strong family history of breast cancer). Alongside her treatment, she scrambles to get her will, lasting power of attorney and finances in order for the sake of her elderly parents. She undergoes treatment, and eventually is in remission.
Sara has a fall at 62, and fractures her hip. She hadn’t checked her bone density before and so her osteoporosis hadn’t been picked up earlier. She loses muscle mass during her convalescence and never fully recovers her strength and confidence. She didn't do anything wrong, but her health screening didn't evolve with her.
Your background, your age and your risk factors all change the decisions you make. Your health roadmap should evolve with you. Let me show you how GYB would have helped Sara and Anita.
Your health changes with every decade. Your screening should too.
A different way to decide.
Independent.
We don't sell packages. We help you make decisions.
We're not linked to any health screening provider or laboratory. We make recommendations based on what we think you need.
That means we can recommend more tests, fewer tests—or no additional tests at all—depending on what's right for you.
Planned over time.
Not everything needs to be done today.
By spreading your roadmap over five years, you can prioritise the right tests at the right time. It also means you can include investigations that would otherwise require an entire day—or even multiple visits—if done all at once.
And the tests you do evolve over time, so at 50 - Sara would have been recommended a bone density scan so she would have picked up her osteoporosis earlier.
And tumour markers?
Sometimes the best recommendation is not to do another test.
Personalised.
Your roadmap should reflect your own risks—not someone else's.
Because of her strong family history, Anita's roadmap would have recommended a formal breast cancer risk assessment and additional breast imaging.
Not because more tests are always better, but because they were the right tests for her.
Longitudinal.
Because we’re not tied to any provider, your plan isn't either. Change jobs, change doctors, move country — the roadmap still works.
You're not starting from scratch.
A roadmap is more than a list of tests.
Health screening is important but it's only one part of staying healthy.
Sometimes the most valuable recommendation isn't another blood test:
It might be building muscle before a fall happens.
It might be making sure your vaccinations are up to date before you travel.
It might be improving your sleep, blood pressure or cholesterol.
And sometimes, it's helping you prepare for the practical decisions that become important at different stages of life—such as reviewing your insurance, putting a Lasting Power of Attorney in place, or simply having important conversations before you need to.
Because good health planning isn't just about finding disease. It's about helping you make better decisions for the years ahead.
That's what GYB stands for. We've Got Your Back.
Not just for your next health screening—but for the decisions that follow.
What we’re currently building
Built for today’s multicultural world
We've become more global than we realise. A screening plan should reflect the person in front of it — not the average of a population.
A plan you can actually follow.
There are many opportunities to improve your health. Instead of trying to tackle everything at once, organise them into a personalised roadmap that fits your priorities and unfolds over the next five years.
Beyond a yes-or-no recommendation.
Health decisions are rarely black and white. Instead of simply recommending another test, we explain why different options may be appropriate for different people, allowing you to make informed decisions with your doctor.
(The example shown is breast cancer screening.)
